Bathroom renovations involve more trades in a tighter space than almost any other project. I coordinate plumbers, tile setters, carpenters, and general contractors, keeping the timeline on track and the work aligned with the design intent.
Fixture & Vanity Selection
The right fixtures set the tone for everything else. I specify tubs, showers, vanities, and plumbing hardware that balance performance with design, sourced from trusted vendors and documented in full so installation day goes smoothly.
Lighting Design
Lighting in a bathroom is functional and atmospheric. I specify layered lighting plans that work for getting ready in the morning and winding down at night, with fixtures that complement the overall design.
Final Handoff & Documentation
Every project closes with a complete, organized package: invoices, receipts, spec sheets, warranties, and all design files. No loose ends.
